Hi!

I don't have any questions or anything, just wanted to send an email of praise for your company and products.

I just purchased a V-8 system from you guys, and got it perfectly balanced for the first time today. To put it lightly, I think it's a wonderful system, especially for DV moviemakers like myself who have been dying for a system for lighter cameras that isn't the horribly awkward Steadicam DV or JR unit.

In fact, I almost bought a Steadicam DV unit with arm/vest before researching more about your products, and I've come to the decision that I've made the correct choice.

The unit was impressively easy to set up (once I got the hang of balancing the top/bottom loads of the sled), and is also, to my amazement, incredibly easy to re-balance, even in the event of an accidental collision with another object.

Thanks for constructing such a great system, and I hope to be using it extensively soon for my first DV feature this fall!
