I just wanted to Thank you once again for taking care of my damaged Glidecam Orbit Hinge. The unit is back to NEW again like you said. I just got done shooting a piece for a children's camp and I shot 90% of it with this unit. I can't say enough good words about your company. I WILL ALWAYS include Glidecam in the credits of every program I use it on. I also shot a private John Melloncamp concert in Kalamazoo, MI last week using it. My client was amazed with the unit and the awesome footage that turned out from shooting with it. I could go on and on here, but I think you get the point - I am another VERY satisfied customer!!
